SHABBAT WORSHIP SCHEDULE

Please join us for worship services at Temple Beth-El, or attend an upcoming event !

Temple Beth-El has regular Shabbat services every week. Our regular Shabbat schedule is as follows:

  • Saturday, 9:00 AM (Torah Study)
  • Saturday, 10:00 AM (Service)

Besides these weekly Shabbat services and study opportunities, Temple Beth-El offers a variety of other service choices to reflect the needs of its diverse Jewish community. Below is a typical monthly schedule of these services. For specific services or any changes to this schedule, please refer to the monthly calendar or see our Holiday Worship Opportunities page. If you cannot attend services and would like to hear an audio feed of Temple Beth-El Shabbat or Holiday services either by phone or over the Internet, please contact the temple office for instructions.

1st Friday

8:00 pm

Family Service

Directly engages both the children and parents in the worship experience.  Usually shorter than our regular Shabbat services. Our children’s choir participates regularly in this service.

3rd Friday

6:45 pm

Tot Shabbat

Geared for toddlers to age 5 children. A fun worshipping experience focusing on some basic prayers and Jewish symbols.

6:45 pm

Junior Congregation

Ages 6 and up. Incorporates more prayers and songs for the children as they begin their Jewish education journey.

2nd Saturday

 

 

10:45 am

Minyan Katan

2nd to 5th grade students are encouraged to attend. Provides a worship experience that will help the students understand the more intricate Shabbat morning prayers. The service is led by our post-Bar/Bat Mitzvah students.

Every Saturday (September to June)

10:00 a.m.

Shabbat Morning Service

Please join us for Shabbat morning services following Torah Study. On Saturday mornings when we do not call a bar/bat mitzvah to the Torah we enjoy more intimate minyan style services. Please contact the temple office for the schedule.

Prospective members are welcome to join us for services! If you are a prospective member and have any questions about our temple, please feel free to approach one of our ushers or temple representatives who can be identified by their name tag.
