TEMPLE LIFE

The Torah tells us that the world depends on three things: on prayer (t’fillah), on study (avodah), and on acts of loving kindness (g’milut chasadim). Temple Beth-El is the embodiment of this teaching.

Temple Beth-El’s worship services enrich our spirit through musical offerings – both familiar and new, the beauty of our Torah and ritual objects, and of course through t’fillah, both silent and shared aloud with fellow congregants.

It is not only our children who receive a wonderful Jewish education at Temple Beth-EL. Our Adult Education program provides a wide array of exciting and challenging classes for people at all levels of knowledge and time allowances for avodah in their lives.

The community of Temple Beth-El is composed of our members, totaling about 520 families, and our clergy and staff. Our congregants are active in many organizations and serve on a variety of committees throughout the year. It is the combination of each of their individual efforts and g’milut chasadim that make us the warm, vibrant and ever-evolving community that we are.
